Shipping & Delivery

Handling time

1 to 3 business days for order preparation and shipment (Monday to Friday). Please note that processing does not occur on weekends or public holidays.

Orders placed after 5:00 PM (AEST – Australian Eastern Standard Time, Sydney) or on Saturdays and Sundays will be processed on the following Monday.

Delivery Time

Once your order is shipped, the delivery time is 5 to 12 business days. Deliveries occur from Monday to Friday.

Orders will be shipped directly to the address provided at the time of purchase.

You will receive a tracking number once your order is dispatched.

Important Information

Delivery may be delayed due to unexpected factors like transportation issues, customs delays, or incorrect address information. In case of any issues, our team is ready to assist and provide updates.

Shipping Fees and Zones

  • Shipping Fees: We offer free shipping for all orders within Australia. No additional fees will be applied for deliveries within Australia.
  • Shipping Zones: We currently only ship within Australia.

Modify or Cancel an Order

You can modify or cancel your order within 2 hours of placing it by contacting us at hello@luxans.com . Once your order has been shipped, no changes can be made.

Order Confirmation and Tracking

For every order, you will receive:

  • An email confirming your purchase.
  • An email with a tracking number once your order is shipped.

You can check your order status anytime using the tracking number provided.

Here are the average delivery times for all packages:

  • Order Cut-off Time: 5:00 PM
  • Processing Time: 1-3 days (Monday to Friday)
  • Shipping Time: 5-12 days (Monday to Friday)
